About Us
Box Clever is a registered charity that provides a broad range of quality theatre for young people.
Box Clever is a touring theatre company which performs to over 70,000 young people per year, touring to schools, colleges and theatres across the UK . Our work is broad and contemporary, across many different disciplines including dance, film and music. Led by the writer-in-residence, Michael Wicherek, the company has a particular focus on new writing and creating pathways by which young people become active participants in theatre projects, both within and outside formal education. Box Clever is in a privileged position to excite young people about theatre and to actively involve them in issues that affect their lives and the world around them.
